I’m Bella, a NYS Licensed Massage Therapist, Reiki practitioner, and birth worker dedicated to providing holistic, trauma-informed care that enhances the soul-body connection. I am a proud graduate of The Institute for Holistic Health in Poughkeepsie, NY, where I completed my training in massage therapy. I am also a level 2 practitioner of Usui Reiki Ryoho and a birth & postpartum doula trained through Cornerstone Doula Trainings.
My approach to therapeutic massage is equally intentional and intuitive. Sessions blend elements of energy healing, astrology, techniques of Swedish massage, deep tissue, myofascial release, and gentle movement to curate personalized treatment for exactly what your soul and body need.
I am passionate about providing trauma-informed care, moving at a pace that feels most comfortable for you while also gently encouraging self-healing.
