Reiki is definitely a modality if you want energy clearing because I knew I had blocks around my heart chakra and around my head area. She instantly felt the blockages and was able to clear them! It was powerful because I felt it on my end despite not seeing what she was doing in person. I started seeing flashes of light and it felt like I was under water, only for her to suggest swimming to me to clear my energy around the third eye chakra!
