  • I offer custom sessions incorporating techniques from Swedish massage, deep tissue, myofascial release, and shiatsu. I also incorporate energy healing depending on your needs and preferences.

  • While I don’t have one specific specialty, I have received training in several modalities which I seamlessly incorporate into each session depending on your needs.


  • Frequency of treatment depends on the preferences and goals of each individual. You are welcome to schedule online appointments as frequently or infrequently as you like. After your initial visit, we can discuss a timeline going forward to help you best meet your goals.

  • Appointments can be booked through the online booking page or directly through Acuity Scheduling.

  • I require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. No-shows and appointments cancelled within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the treatment price. 

  • Occasionally I am able to offer last-minute appointments if I have an opening. You can check Instagram or join the email list to be notified of same-day or last-minute appointments.

  • Your comfort and modesty are top priority in the treatment room. That means, you can keep all of your clothes on if it makes you feel the most comfortable. Techniques may vary depending on how clothed you are, so a fully clothed session will probably incorporate more stretching and compression techniques. 


    Many people will undress completely but leave their underwear on. Private areas will remain completely covered during our entire session. I will only ever expose the part of the body that I am working on.

  • As per New York State laws & regulations, it is a felony to advertise or perform massage therapy services without a valid license. I am a NYS Board Certified Licensed Massage Therapist in compliance with NYS standards. I am happy to provide proof of licensure upon request.

  • Many people can safely receive massage with a wide array of conditions. Certain conditions may contraindicate specific techniques, so it is vital for clients to arrive early to complete a thorough intake, notifying the therapist of any health conditions. 


    If you have questions or concerns about receiving massage with a certain health condition, please consult a medical doctor.

  • All clients are encouraged to speak up at any point during their treatment if they experience any form of discomfort, pain, or require any adjustments to be more comfortable. As a trauma-informed massage therapist, your personal needs are at the forefront of any session together. 

  • Come as you are! You don’t need to do anything special to prepare for your appointment. I encourage people to arrive recently showered to ensure a safe and hygienic space. I also ask that you arrive 15 minutes early to find parking, check-in, and complete an intake form.
