Code of Conduct
To maintain a safe, professional, and welcoming environment for everyone, all clients are expected to follow these guidelines:
Respect & Kindness
It is expected that all interactions remain kind, courteous, and respectful. The client and therapist deserve to feel welcomed and comfortable for the duration of the treatment and beyond.
Boundaries & Comfort
Massage therapy is a professional health and wellness service. Sexual comments, advances, inappropriate touching, or requests for sexual services are not permitted and will result in termination of services.
Consent & Communication
Your comfort and consent matter. You are encouraged to communicate openly about pressure, positioning, temperature, draping, pain, or anything else that affects your experience. The therapist may also adjust or end a session if necessary.
Appropriate Draping
Professional draping will be maintained throughout the session to protect your privacy and comfort. Clients are expected to remain appropriately draped and follow the therapist’s instructions regarding positioning and clothing.
Arrive Ready to Relax
Good personal hygiene helps create a pleasant experience for everyone. Please arrive clean and ready for your session whenever possible.
Respect Your Appointment Time
Arriving on time allows you to receive the full benefit of your scheduled session. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session while the full appointment fee remains applicable.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than the required notice, as well as missed appointments, may be subject to a cancellation or no-show fee in accordance with the above cancellation policy.
Help Us Keep Everyone Healthy
Clients should disclose relevant health information, injuries, medications, or changes in health that may affect their massage. Please do not attend an appointment if you are contagious or otherwise unwell.
A Safe Space for Everyone
Threatening, abusive, discriminatory, intoxicated, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. Avoid use of alcohol, cannabis, or other controlled substances before your appointment. Please notify your therapist of any changes in prescription medications prior to your appointment. The therapist reserves the right to refuse or terminate service when safety or professional boundaries are compromised.
Right to End a Session
The client or therapist may end a session at any time. Refunds or rescheduling is up to the therapist’s discretion. If a client violates these guidelines or engages in inappropriate or unsafe behavior, the session may be terminated immediately and future appointments may be declined.
